"the alchemist played with flesh remnants making magick"
The Sin Eater
Clothed in black gauze
waiting
For the final sun
Laughing at the moon at rest
Spinning inside the eyes from afar
Her hooves click clack down the hall
Ready to absorb the shadows
cinerama (from Peep-o-rama)
she made the screen
that was the
sky slowly
rip open
as she dispersed the
bad dreams with a shock of light
as the ocean
glowed
blue
her hair and hands
around the moon
gently beckoned us
catching
us
as we escaped from the
thin afternoon and
entered into
magick night
causing imagery
droplets fell
from silken lenses
caressing
the hidden
fireworks
white fountains molded from the twilight
the faint notes
that won’t divulge our secret.
they’ll wave and
we’ll wave goodbye
they’ll watch and
we’ll disappear
simultaneously projected
touching flesh electric
two figures
watching the scenes
with a view of a
window behind us
become a
trompe l’oeil
time knows
no years
gentle warm shudder
that leads to
pleasant sleep
crucible: a last step down for the preacher man (from Peep-o-rama)
i’ve forgotten so much.
he was eaten by her in the fertile field as they melded together
the alchemist played with flesh remnants making magick
1.
trauma details:
3 priestesses watch in the obscene dance hall
their flesh covered with illusions handed out to the audience
souls grabbed eaten at dawn
the tattooed city moans slightly then heaves with
the odor of the broken playpen girls
it permeates the decayed origins of the love cult
as they make clandestine signs: 1 to 1
and their flesh tingles
3 female cannibals spy in the degenerate auditorium
their opera gloves tightly clinging tightly
all 3 screeching
quietly accusing as the cars slowly drive by. birds immolated by the roadside as she
strolls and the watchers drool.
she was left to curse the first orgasm
apparently this all started when she was abandoned to crawl away in pain.
and she swallowed spit and laughed out loud at the scenes just
witnessed
they just want to be a part of her pleasure.
they were meant to experience this.
they have an accepting tranquility.
the film’s flashback – a longing for her
she decided to just look at moving pictures for now.
2.
pain drawings:
the girl with the x-ray eyes
silent so silent
lays beneath the perforated night-time sky
languid eyes glowing
as she breathes obscenely
telling stories about the
women gone away so long ago
her words tinged with regret and
the taste of the burning shadows
the ones that are very familiar
the girl with x-ray eyes sighs and tells
stories about the woman who never came back
and left her here to dream
clutching her long legs
electric with terror
without guidance
she wanted it’s body
because it was better
she wanted forgiveness
she wanted a taste
she wanted to lead abel to his death
and dine on his screams
each time every time as they grew up in the circus,
the feeling of cunt for the first time.
forget me
3.
as it falls:
a climax destroys the homemade temple
and throws the husband's perspective
she flashes back into childhood with
the stated purpose of a knife-thrower
she held his body so close. and gagged
she created mystical works bound in time and leather
she was tongued gently by the minutes of the hours
she caressed them and offered them
her voice quavered as
red tears kissed the soil
watered the love blossoms
that trembled and then gently evolved into lust
all were mementos of her subjugation
as she swallowed steel and kissed hot lead
you think you did but you never knew who i was
(nightchild)
eyes slash her flesh. she dreamt of the sin-door.

They are very scared.” A Dadaist and Surrealist, Peter Marra’s writings explore alienation, addiction, love, secrets, and obsessions. He has had over 200 poems published either in print or online in over 25 journals. Peter's latest published work is, approximate lovers (downtown materialaktion) published by Bone Orchard Press.
