Nic Burrose has appeared in The Evergreen Review, The 16th & Mission Review, Alan Kaufman's American Street Showcase, The Blackeye Review, and is the founder of Subway Babies, an online forum for street poets and musicians. He is part of the 16th & Mission Corner Poets collective (a.k.a. The New San Francisco Underground Poets), self-publishes poetry chapbooks and writes music reviews for LMP Magazine. His band The Secret Secretaries released their debut album "Birthmark(ed)" on 10.10.10 and are currently working on it's follow up, "Poetry Is Dead." Nic lives in San Francisco's North Beach with his fiance (and drummer) Stellar Cassidy where they read comics and smoke too many cigarettes.
